SINOPSIS

En una cabaña emplazada en la cima de un acantilado rocoso y solitario vive una niña con su abuelo, en compañía del mar y del viento. El pasatiempo de la niña consiste en bajar a la playa y, mientras cantando contemplar el ir y venir de las olas y recolectar caracoles y mariscos junto al rumor del mar. Un día la niña encuentra unas llamativas piedras a la orilla del mar, que la llevarán a un lado desconocido de la playa. Allí el mar le entregará una piedra mágica que se volverá su amuleto y los conectará fuertemente. La piedra llevará la niña a lo profundo del mar y allí encontrará un ser que conoce la música de sus ancestros.

In a cabin, on the top of a lonely cliff lives a girl and her mapuche community cradle by the sea and the wind. The girl’s hobby consists of going down to the beach and, while singing, contemplates the coming and going of the waves collecting snails and shellfishes.

One day at the seashore she finds some striking stones on the sand. This leads her to an unknown side of the beach, there the sea gives her a magic stone. The gem bounds them so deeply, that it will take the girl to the depths of the sea. There she will find someone who knows the music of her ancestors.
