Annemarie Meier Bozza cursó estudios de pedagogía en Zürich, Suiza y llegó a México para integrarse como docente en el Goethe- Institut. Fue cofundadora del cineclub Cine y Crítica A.C. la Muestra de Cine Mexicano en Guadalajara y el Centro de Investigación y Enseñanza Cinematográficas de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Se desempeña como docente de cursos y talleres, crítica de cine en prensa, radio y televisión y ha publicado ensayos en libros colectivos y revistas especializadas. En octubre del 2023 la Universidad IBERO publicó la segunda edición actualizada de su libro El cortometraje: El arte de narrar, emocionar y significar. Es miembro de FIPRESCI, SEPANCINE y REDIC.
Annemarie Meier Bozza studied pedagogy in Zürich, Switzerland and came to Mexico to join the Goethe-Institut as a teacher. She was co-founder of the Cine y Crítica A.C. film club. The Mexican Film Festival in Guadalajara and the Cinematographic Research and Teaching Center of the University of Guadalajara. She works as a teacher of courses and workshops, a film critic in the press, radio and television and has published essays in collective books and specialized magazines. In October 2023, the IBERO University published the second updated edition of its book The short film: The art of narrating, emoting and meaning. He is a member of FIPRESCI, SEPANCINE and REDIC.

Donald Whittier ha jugado con el cine durante 47 años, ya sea cuando era un niño con súper 8 cuando tenía 10 años, hasta sus primeros largometrajes hace más de 20 años. El enfoque de Donald hacia la realización cinematográfica es primero conocer la historia y trabajar a través de los muchos elementos de una historia; esto sucede de diferentes maneras para él: por ejemplo, puede ser a través del estándar tradicional de la industria de desglosar el guión formal, hasta simplemente tener la historia Describe y define la historia y las escenas con el equipo creativo a medida que avanzaba el proyecto. Forma un equipo que hace realidad la historia dentro de los recursos disponibles para convertir su visión en un largometraje. Aunque Donald imagina cada uno de sus proyectos y la energía de cada película potencial, su cine NO es de naturaleza de autor.
Donald Whittier has played with filmmaking for 47 years, whether as a kid with super 8 when he was 10 years old, to his first feature length endeavors more than 20 years ago. Donald’s approach to filmmaking is first to know the story and work through the many elements of a story–this happens in different ways for him: eg, it can be through the traditional industry standard of formal script break down, to just having the story outlined and defining the story and scenes with the creative team as the project moves forward. He builds a team who brings the story to fruition within the resources that are available to turn his vision into a feature film. Though Donald envisions each of his projects and the energy of each potential film, his filmmaking is NOT auteur in nature.
Con estudios de licenciatura y posgrado en comunicación, Mía Amézquita ha trabajado en guión desde 1994 (series originales para niños, adaptaciones de historias de ciencia ficción y novela negra para radios educativas y culturales), como guionista y directora de filmes educativos desde 1998, como consultora de radio y podcast (con énfasis en la investigación, guión y dirección de voces para radio drama y radio reportaje) para UNESCO en América Central (2008-2011). Del 2018 al 2023, como gerente de contenido y más tarde asistente de dirección de contenido global en la productora audiovisual Dopamine, participó en distintas etapas del desarrollo, mesa de escritura y/o guión de varios proyectos y series para plataformas globales (Alicia desatada, serie spin-off de Amarres, HBO MAX, 2019; Búnker, nominada al Emmy, HBO MAX 2020; Supertitlán, adaptación de Superstore de NBC, 2021; Cóyotl, en postproducción, entre otros).
With undergraduate and postgraduate studies in communication, Mía Amézquita has worked in scriptwriting since 1994 (original series for children, adaptations of science fiction stories and crime novels for educational and cultural radio stations), as a scriptwriter and director of educational films since 1998, such as radio and podcast consultant (with emphasis on research, scripting and voice direction for radio drama and radio reportage) for UNESCO in Central America (2008-2011). From 2018 to 2023, as content manager and later assistant director of global content at the audiovisual production company Dopamine, she participated in different stages of development, writing table and/or script of several projects and series for global platforms (Alicia Unleashed, spin-off series of Amarres, HBO MAX, 2019; Búnker, Emmy nominated, HBO MAX 2020; Supertitlán, adaptation of NBC’s Superstore, 2021; Cóyotl, in post-production, among others).
Sergio es Director, Productor, Fotógrafo y docente especializado en documentales. Realizó el documental “Oscar” (2004) con el apoyo de becas para la realización de España, Canadá y Argentina. Con esta obra obtuvo varios premios en festivales internacionales y una excelente respuesta de la prensa argentina e internacional.
Entre los años 2009 y 2016 diseña y desarrolla proyectos educativos de cinematografía en diferentes estados mexicanos para instituciones como CONACULTA, el Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura y Jóvenes en Video.
En el año 2012 concluye el largometraje documental Los Ginger Ninjas, rodado en México. Realiza en coproducción con el IMCINE el largometraje documental Maricarmen (2019) en el cual se desempeña como director y productor. Esta película ha recibido el premio del Público en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia, Mejor Largometraje Documental en San Diego Latino Film Festival, Mención Honorífica en BBC Reel Longshots, Mejor Director en Bosifest entre otros premios en festivales nacionales e internacionales. Actualmente brinda asesorías a proyectos de documental y es productor del cortometraje documental ̈Rufina mujer de barro¨ dirigido por Concepción Vázquez Martínez, realizadora Mixe de Santa María Tlahuitoltepec
Sergio is a Director, Producer, Photographer and teacher specialized in documentaries.
He made the documentary “Oscar” (2004) with the support of scholarships for filming from Spain, Canada and Argentina. With this work he won several awards at international festivals and an excellent response from the Argentine and international press. Between 2009 and 2016, he designed and developed educational cinematography projects in different Mexican states for institutions such as CONACULTA, the Sudcaliforniano Institute of Culture and Jóvenes en Video. In 2012, the feature-length documentary Los Ginger Ninjas, filming in Mexico.
He made the feature-length documentary Maricarmen (2019) in co-production with IMCINE, in which he served as director and producer. This film has received the Audience Award at the Morelia International Film Festival, Best Documentary Feature at San Diego Latino Film Festival, Honorable Mention at BBC Reel Longshots, Best Director at Bosifest among other awards at national and international festivals.
He currently provides advice to documentary projects and is the producer of the documentary short film ¨Rufina woman of clay¨ directed by Concepción Vázquez Martínez, Mixe director from Santa María Tlahuitoltepec

Juan tiene una Maestría en Desarrollo Sostenible de Zonas Costeras y Ciencias Sociales para el Desarrollo Sostenible de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur en La Paz. Está casado con una nativa de Todos Santos y está criando a su familia en Todos Santos.

Juan has an MA in Sustainable Development of Coastal Zones and Social Sciences for Sustainable Development from the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur
in La Paz. He is married to a Todos Santos native, and is raising his family in Todos Santos.
